Buna ziua,
Plasati va rog datele bancare pentru ca operatorii economici sa aiba posibilitatea sa plaseze garantia si prin transfer la contul autoritatii contractante.

Totusi nu este clar, ati exclus de la pct 17 sintagma ”1%” dar totusi se regaseste printre lista de documente solicitate la pct 16.
Totodata ati atasat si rechizitele.
Totusi se solicita sau nu garantia? Daca da, atunci o putem transfera pe rechizitele bancare anexate de Dvs?
