Lucrările de reparații vor fi efectuate pe partea exterioară a Oficiului Medicilor de Familie Molovata, divizate pe 4 compartimente, și anume:
- reparația parțială a acoperișului (jgheaburi, endove și căptușirea streșinii),
- termoizolarea tavanului din partea esterioară, cu efectuarea lucrărilor de finisare care permit exploatarea confrmă a acestuia,
- reperația curentă a fațadei,
- reparație prag, țoclu și instalarea unei pante de acces pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusă.
