Question:
Buna ziua, Termenul indicat permite participarea doar a ofertantilor ce au marfa in stock si limiteaza libera concurenta. Consideram ca prin astfel de termen restrans se limiteaza participarea la acesta licitatie si este o incalcare a art.131/2015 alt.7 lit h). Rugam sa fie indicat un termen de livrare de minim 30 de zile pentru a oferi conditii egale pentru mai multi operatori economici intereseti in participarea la acesta licitatie. Multumim!
