Bună ziua, cu referință la costurile estimate pentru bunurirele licitate, acestea reies din prețurile medii ale companiilor de pe piața internă, conform praisurilor livrate ANP în scop de estimare a bugetului și mijloacelor financiare alocate în acest sens, totodată este de menționat că valoarea estimată este fără TVA.

În conformitate cu prevederile legale, Autoritatea contractantă a stabilitat marca comercială ca referință pentru operatorii economici în vederea identificării bunului corespunzător caracteristicilor tehnice, în conformitate cu Legea 131/2015, art. 37, Regulile privind descrierea bunurilor, lucrărilor şi serviciilor, aliniatul (6).
