În specificația tehnica este menționat perioada de garanție min 12 luni dar în anunțul de participare punctul 16 subpunctul 9 este de 24 luni . Totuși care este perioada?

Buna ziua. Termenul de garantie corect este de min 12 luni si anume aceste termen va fi luat in considerare la evaluarea ofertelor. Pct 16 (9) din Anuntul de participare are urmatoarea redactie - "Declarație de la o fertant cu privire la termenul de garanție - Minim 12 luni - originală, confirmată prin aplicarea semnăturii electronice de către administratorul companiei indicat în Extrasul Registrului de Stat al persoanelor juridice".
