1) Prestatorul va asigura prestarea serviciilor de mentenanță corectivă SIA „e-Servicii Stare Civilă” în baza documentului aprobat de către Beneficiar “SARCINI TEHNICE „Servicii de mentenanță corectivă a SI “e-Servicii Stare Civilă”.
2) Pentru întreagă perioadă contractuală, Prestatorul va asigura pentru Beneficiar funcționarea și accesul la un sistem de înregistrare a apelurilor de suport și mentenanță.
3) Pentru asigurarea confidențialității datelor, Prestatorul, pe perioada contractuală, va semna cu Beneficiar un acord de confidențialitate
2) Pentru întreagă perioadă contractuală, Prestatorul va asigura pentru Beneficiar funcționarea și accesul la un sistem de înregistrare a apelurilor de suport și mentenanță.
3) Pentru asigurarea confidențialității datelor, Prestatorul, pe perioada contractuală, va semna cu Beneficiar un acord de confidențialitate
