Referitor la Declaraţia privind valabilitatea ofertei , Declarația de egibilitate și Declarația conform Formularului aprobat prin ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 145 din 24.11.2020 în anunțul de participare este indicată sursa de unde de preluat formularul. Iar Declarația privind termenul de garanție a lucrărilor se întocmește în formă liberă.
