Vor fi asigurate cai de acces la latimea de 3m si fara obstacole la inaltimea de 4m, cotituri mai mari de 90 de grade in conditia ca drumul nu are o latime de 6m?

Da, vor fi asigurate. Totodată s a solicitat și posibilitatea transportării betonului de la 4 m3, adică si cu betoniere mai mici.
Atentie la pct.12 din anuntul de participare.
