Question:
Buna ziua, pentru lot.58 faceti achizitia seturilor imunologice pentru analizatorul imunologic Immulite 1000. Una din conditiile caietului de sarcini este Clauze specifice pentru lotul 58 - Immulite 1000:
1. Câștigătorul va pune la dispoziție analizatorul (Immulite 1000) în folosință gratuită până la utilizarea tuturor reactivilor în conformitate cu contractul.
Stimate autoritate contractanta, dispozitivul Immulite 1000 se afla deja in dotarea laboratorului sau urmeaza sa-l primiti in urma licitatiei? Veti accepta alternativa a acestui dispozitiv?
Answer (5 Dec 2023, 15:52):
Analizatorul urmează să-l primim împreună cu reactivii în urma procedurii de achiziție. Putem să acceptăm oferte alternative pentru echipament similar, cu aceleași specificații tehnice, care să acopere meniul de teste solicitat și să folosească ca metodă de determinare ,,Chemiluminiscenta amplificata enzymatic”. De asemenea, ofertantul va ține cont și de punctul 2 din clauze (din anunțul de participare), că va oferi garanție 1 an de zile la echipament și suportă toate lucrările de întreținere și reparație, iar timpul de intervenție va fi maxim de 24 ore.
