De ce specificati asa lampi scumpe si pentru companiile voastere.?Dupa toate datele SR Ungheni a specificat o lampa mai simpla si mult mai ieftina pina la 250Wt. Clar ca aveti interese personale,o s-a va dam in judecata pentru actie de coruptie!

Clarificarea DVS., a fost examinată de către grupul de lucru, însă se află în imposibilitate de a răspunde la ea, deoarece întrebarea este exhaustivă, de ordin general, prin urmare solicităm respectuos identificarea cerințelor tehnice clare, care îngrădesc și considerați că favorizează un anumit operator economic, precum și prezentarea propunerilor de modificare ce asigura participarea unui număr mai mare de operatori economici.
