În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 10 „ I.I.BOSNEA MIHAIL ” operatorul care era clasat pe prima poziție, nu a prezentat disponibilitatea de bani lichizi (și anume extras bancar la zi cu confirmarea soldului disponibil. În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 12 OE nu a prezentat Certificatul ISO 9001:2015 ce prezintă calitatea mobilierului. În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 13 nu a fost prezentată anexa nr.12 din Doc. Stand. cu lista principalelor livrări.În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 14 nu a fost prezentat certificatul de conformitate ce confirmă calitatea bunurilor (mobilier). În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 16 nu a fost prezentată copia autorizației sanitare de funcționare a OE. În conformitate cu anunțul de participare punctul 12 subpunctul 17 nu a fost prezentat avizul sanitar. Din acest motiv oferta companiei „ I.I.BOSNEA MIHAIL ” SRL se respinge deoarece conform HG 870/2022 p. 51 (1) ofertantul nu îndeplinește cerințele de calificare și selecție indicate în anunțul de participare.
