Stimate USMF, de unde ati mai inventat lemn mesteacan, poate inca in catalog trebuie sa fie indicat asa ceva? ve rugam sa modificati doar - lemn. Nici un producator nu indica din ce lemn se fabrica, si iarasi va fi temei de descalificare. Steril sau nesteril? poate asta e mai primordiala cerinta?

Bună seara! Stimate operator economic, autoritatea contractantă nu a inventat nimic, având în vedere că unii producători menționează și tipul lemnului. Însă pentru a evita ulterioarele întrebări, va fi exclus termenul ”mesteacăn”, deși temeiul de descalificare în procedura precedentă pentru toți ofertanții a fost grosimea spatulei. În ceea ce privește ”cerința primordială” la care se face trimitere, ținem să menționăm că în caietul de sarcini a fost menționat ”ambalate individual”, respectiv, este evident că se solicită spatule sterile. Mulțumim!
