Precizați motivul includerii serviciilor Internet fix (prin fibră optică) și Internet mobil într-un singur lot, dat fiind faptul că sunt servicii diferite prestate prin rețele de telecomunicații distincte (CPV 72400000-4 pentru Internet fix și CPV 64212000-5 pentru telefonie mobilă) și în conformitate cu LP131/2015 (cap. VI art. 39 alin 2 și 3) sunt vizate pentru divizare pe loturi distincte.

Nu se solicită telefonie mobilă/ sau internet mobil prin telefonie, a doua pozitie s-a solicitat servicii Internet Mobil prin Modem.
