Set de control extern bacteriologic general pentru examenul bacteriologic ( identificarea si testarea sensibilitatii antimicrobiene) microorganismelor aerobe si anaerobe. *Certificat CE sau declarație de conformitate în funcție de evaluarea conformității cu anexele corespunzătoare pentru produsul oferit – valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor- copie confirmată prin semnătura şi ştampila Participantului.*Catalogul producătorului/prospecte/documente tehnice, pe suport hîrtie sau în format electronic, pentru produsul oferit. * În ofertă se va indica codul produsului oferit pentru a putea fi identificat conform catalogului prezentat. * Instrucțiune de utilizare a produselor – original sau copie pentru produsele oferite confirmat prin semnătura și ștampila participantului.Programul se permite eliberarea certificatului la fiecare participare/raportare. Participare trimestrială.(cantitatea pentru fiecare trimestru a anului 2024)
