Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a examinării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii prin prin achiziție publică de valoare mică Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1698839766597 din „01” noiembrie 2023 privind achiziționarea blanchetelor și formularelor, conducându-se de prevederile art. 41 și art.45 al Regulamentului cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 870 din 14.12.2022, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis: 1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic S.C.” „Artisoro” S.R.L.” S.R.L. (IDNO: 1019600035395), reieșind din faptul că, s-a conformat tuturor cerințelor din anunțul de participare la procedura de achiziționare a blanchetelor și formularelor, suma totală a ofertei fără TVA - 200960,00 lei (suma totală a ofertei cu TVA – 241 152,00 lei). Conform prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr.870 din 14.12.2022 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, - pct. 74: “ Litigiile apărute în procesul realizării achizițiilor publice de valoare mică se soluționează de către instanța judecătorească competentă. Actele administrative individuale emise de către autoritățile publice în procesul realizării achizițiilor de valoare mică ce încalcă un drept legitim sau o libertate stabilită prin lege, pot fi revindecate printr-o acțiune în contenciosul administrativ.”.
