Добрый день скажите договор будет рассчитан на 2024 год .так как по заявление срок выполнения работ 60 дней .если считать с момента проведения тендера это получается срок до 06,01.2024 .а с учетом квалификации ,термином подписания контракта может затянуться до конца ноября ,а в ноябре уже обычно холода и асфальт не ставиться .как подрядчику рассчитать скоро выполнение работ ,если такие не ясные условия ?
