Buna ziua, ținând cont ca lămpile bactericide fac parte din clasa I de risc, ele nu dețin Certificat CE (certificatele CE se emit pentru dispozitivele din clasa a II si III de risc), pentru clasa I producătorul emite doar Declarația de Conformitate CE. Vă rugăm sa revizuiți cerințele din anunțul de participare.

Buna ziua, Pentru lotul dat se va accepta si Declaratia de Conformitate. Va rugam sa fiti atenti la pct.2 din pct.13, este mentionat Certificat CE, dupa caz.
