Stimata AC in Documentatia standard Anexa 23 indicand anumite marci comerciale precum " Vopsitorii anti incendiara pe constructii metalice cu vopsea - tip Pirex-Metal Plus analog"
contravine alin 6 art. 37 al Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015, care expres și imperativ prevede, «specificațiile tehnice nu vor face referinţă la o anumită marcă comercială sau la un anumit agent economic, la un brevet, o schiţă sau un tip de bunuri, de lucrări şi de servicii, nu vor indica o
origine concretă, un producător sau un operator economic concret».
Va rugam sa modificati Devizul conform legislatiei in vigoare.
Deasemenea indicati rezistenta la foc (cate minute) care trebuie sa fie sau gradul rezistentei la foc a cladirii.

Buna ziua! La poziția 36 din devizul local 2-1- cu simbolul de normă IzA06a, dacă veți citi mai atent, în descrierea tehnică sunt menționate cuvintele „tip” (care este sinonim cu: fel, gen) si „analog” (care este sinonim cu: „asemanator, echivalent, corespondent, similar, la fel”), neîncălcându-se legislația în vigoare.
Rezistența la foc a scheletului metalic al garajului este R90. Puteți să faceți cunoștință cu documentația de proiect la sediul IMSP CNAMUP, situat pe str. A.Doga,21, mun. Chisinău.
