Техническая спецификация
Cerere de ofertă pentru achiziția echipamentelor de rețea wireless. Cerințele indicate vor fi considerate ca fiind minimale, astfel vor fi luate in considerare doar ofertele care acoperă în totalitate cerințelor minimale obligatorii. Se acceptă doar echipamente noi, provenite direct de la producător cu confirmare MAF atașat la ofertă, livrate prin intermediul distribuitorului autorizat în Moldova. Servicii de instalare, garanție, menținere solicitat, este de minim 36 luni, inclusiv: - Instalarea și configurarea echipamentelor (configurarea controlerelor AP, politicile de access și securitate). Toate componentele necesare pentru montarea dispozitivelor vor fi incluse în oferta de preț. - Acces la centru de suport autorizat de producător: zile de muncă, 08:00-17:00; - Timp de reacție la defecțiunile și incidentele raportate, cu diagnosticare cauză: până la 6 ore. - Timp de soluționare defecte: 5 zile calendaristice din data diagnosticării defecțiunii. - Componentele defecte sunt înlocuite de furnizor, fără costuri suplimentare. Termen maxim de livrare a echipamentelor: până la 95 zile calendaristice din momentul semnării contractului. În situația in care se constată că anumite elemente ale propunerii tehnice nu corespund cerințelor din Caietul de sarcini, acesta va fi respinsă ca neconformă.
