Vizite a inginerilor autorizați, monitorizarea stării echipamentelor, întreținerea preventivă și comandarea la timp a pieselor de schimb și accesoriilor, înlocuirea gratuită a componentelor principale în cazurile de garanție, înlocuirea de rutină a componentelor principale (aproximativ jumătate din volumul de imprimare), inclusiv întreținerea la centrul de service autorizat din Republica Moldova. Rezolvarea cazurilor de garanție în maximum 30 de zile lucrătoare.
