Buna ziua, va rugam sa publicati rechizitele bancare
in vederea perfectarii garantiei prin transfer la contul autoritatii contractante,
multumim anticipat.
Answer (3 Jul 2023, 14:52):
Autoritatea Contractanta accepta forma de garantie pentru oferta, conform pct 16, nr.5 și pct. 17 din anuntul de participare - scrisoare emisă de o bancă comercială, conform anexei nr. 9 la documentația standard nr.69 din 7 mai 2021 – confirmata prin semnătura electronică a participantului, (pentru indicarea rechizitelor bancare in scrisoarea de garantie pentru oferta, la solictarea bancii se va indica urmatoarele rechizite: cf- 1007601002544, IBAN-,MD53TRGDAL14514143320000 TRZMD2X, Trezoreria Regionala Nord).
