Buna ziua, solicitam modificari in specificaţiile tehnice care trebuie să permită oricărui ofertant accesul egal la procedura. Specificațiile tehnice nu vor face referinţă la o anumită marcă comercială. Prin specificatia tehnica publicata se incalca Articolul 37. Regulile privind descrierea bunurilor, lucrărilor şi serviciilor din Legea privind achiziţiile publice. Multumim de intelegere si cooperare.

În specificația tehnică este menționat "tehnică de calcul conform parametrilor și brandului indicat sau analog", ceea ce prezumă o descriere mai exactă a parametrilor necesari cu admiterea unor analogii (sau echivalent) cu respectarea parametrilor de baza minim solicitați
