• Acces la actualizările de corecție a componentelor instalate.
• Valabilitatea subscribției 31 decembrie 2024

Sarcinile ofertantului

Ofertantul trebuie să asigure reînnoirea contractului de suport de la producător Microsoft pentru componentele specificate în caietul de sarcini.
Contractul trebuie să includă:
• Acces 24/7 la portalul de suport a producătorului;
• Acces la actualizările de corecții a soluției.
