Se exclud Tevile de cupru, tubul din cauciuc, bloruile exterior si interior, si restul materialelor se pune k=0,5 ????

Coeficientul k=0,5 se aplică la toate resursele rămase, luând in considerație că se montează doar blocul exterior (demontat anterior), in același loc.
