Merelor trebuie să fie:Categoria I – merele din această categorie trebuie să fie de bună calitate şi caracteristice pentru soiul respectiv, care cuprinde o clasificare în funcţie de colorit şi rugozitate.
1) întregi;
2) sănătoase; sînt excluse produsele atinse de putregai sau cu alterări din cauza cărora ar deveni improprii pentru consum;
3) curate, lipsite de materii străine vizibile;
4) practic, lipsite de atacuri ale paraziţilor (dăunătorilor);
5) fără dăunători;
6) să nu prezinte umiditate exterioară anormală;
7) să fie lipsite de mirosuri şi/sau gusturi străina. Dezvoltarea şi starea merelor trebuie să permită continuarea procesului de maturaţie, pentru a putea atinge gradul de maturitate adecvat, în funcţie de caracteristicile soiului respectiv.În scopul continuării procesului de maturaţie pe durata transportării, merele trebuie să prezinte:un conţinut de substanţe solubile şi un grad de fermitate satisfăcătoare; rezistenţă la transport şi manipulare;sosirea în condiţii satisfăcătoare la locul de destinaţie.Livrarea 1 in saptamina Joi de la 09:00-12:00 in ambalaj cutii 10kg-20kg"
