Va rugam sa analizati mai atent anuntul de participare anexat la aceasta procedura (forma de garantie pentru oferta si cuantumul sunt descrise si le gasiti acolo). Repet, autoritatea contractanta accepta garantia bancara conform anexei nr. 9 la Ordinul ministrului finantelor nr. 115 din 15.09.2021.
