Buna ziua, Conform pct. 7 din anunțul de participare valoarea de 1 % din valoarea ofertei trebuie sa fie transferat in contul beneficiarului ca garanție de oferta. Clarificarea este daca va fi acceptata garanția constituita la o banca comerciala conform formularului din documentația standard.
Answer (3 Apr 2023, 11:12):
Bună ziua, Nu se acceptă garanție pentru ofertă emisă de bănci comerciale. Garanția pentru ofertă în valoare de 1% se acceptă doar sub formă de ”transfer la contul autorității contractante” în conformitate cu pct. 17 din Anunțul de participare.
