În temeiul art. 71, alin. 1 lit. g), grupul de lucru în cadrul evaluării a constatat existența erorilor admise în caietul de sarcini formulat la procedura de atribuire, inclusiv omnisiuni la estimarea valorii contractului respectiv. Astfel, autoritatea contractantă aflîndu-se în imposibilitatea de a adopta măsuri corective fără ca acestea să conducă la încălcarea principiilor prevăzute la art. 7, a decis anularea procedurii de atribuire a contractului de achiziții publice, urmând să revizuiască specificațiile tehnice solicitate, valoarea estimată și să anunțe o altă procedură de achiziții publice.
