Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a examinării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii de achiziție de valoare mică Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1675330550749 din „02” februarie 2023 privind achiziționarea registrelor, conducându-se de prevederile art. 74 și art. 98 al Regulamentului privind achiziționarea bunurilor, lucrărilor și serviciilor la întreprinderea de stat, aprobat prin Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 351 din 10.06.2020, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis:
1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic S.R.L. ,,Adriga-Vis”, care s-a conformat tuturor cerințelor din invitația de participare la procedura de achiziție a registrelor (Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1675330550749 din „02” februarie 2023), suma totală a ofertei, fără TVA – 38 698,30,00 lei (suma totală a ofertei, cu TVA – 46 438,00 lei), care se încadrează în bugetul prevăzut pentru procedura dată de achiziție.
* Conform prevederilor Regulamentului privind achiziționarea bunurilor, lucrărilor și serviciilor la întreprinderea de stat, aprobat prin Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 351 din 10.06.2020,
- art. 108. „Rezultatele achizițiilor pot fi contestate la fondator în termen de 5 zile lucrătoare de la data anunțării lor”.
