Buna ziua,
Care este logica structurari loturilor, avind in vedere ca in lotul cu substante igienice se regasesc si produse pentru ingrijire personala (sapun lichid, sampon, etc). Totodata care este scopul unei astfel de structurari in afara de intentia de a limita concurenta? Va rugam sa divizati loturile respective si sa indicati evaluarea pe fiecare pozitie, adica fiecare pozitie sa fie un lot separat, in caz contrar vom depune contestatie la ANSC. O zi buna

Loturile sunt divizate pe produse care se distribuie pentru beneficiari și pentru lucrătorii instituției (pentru curățenie), spălătorie, blocul alimentar.
