Question:
Ce tip de suprafete urmeaza a fi dezinfectatу cu ajutorul servetelelor achizitionate?
Nu consideream ca este necesara cerinta inregestrarii produsului ca biocid. Daca merge vorba de prelucrarea suprafetelor lucratoare (nu podea sau lavoare), atunci este suficienta inregistrara produsului ca Dispozitiv Medical la AMDM.
Solicitam excluderea cerintei de prezentare a inregistrarii produsului oferit ca biocid.

Bună ziua. Șervețelel se vor utiliza pe suprafetele dispozitivelor medicale cît și pe suprafețele adiacente acestora. Respectiv, acest răspuns a fost acordat și pentru loturile care au destinație dublă. Astfel, cerința în cauză dată este pentru comoditatea personalului medical care va dezinfecta aria de utilizare a dispozitivelor medicale și anume utilizarea unui singur produs, exclude simbioza efectului dublu a două tipuri de produs dezinfectant folosite simultan cu posibilitatea de intoxicare. În aceiași ordine de idei, produsele ca dispozitive medicale pot fi catalogate și ca produse biocide și pot fi înregistrate la ANSP. Totodată, cerința de înregistrare la AMDM în cadrul documentației de atribuire nu este una obligatorie la deschiderea ofertelor, respectiv, la solicitarea autorității contractante în termen de 15 zile operatorul economic va prezenta numărul de înregistrare la AMDM.
