Prestarea serviciului se va efectua în conformitate cu prevederile Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 519 din 22.07.2022 cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare și funcționare a Serviciului de asistență telefonică gratuită pentru copii și a Stnadardelor minime de calitate.
Mijloacele financiare alocate vor fi utilizate pentru:
- remunerarea muncii (manager, 4 consilieri, contabil, specialist IT);
- servicii de telefonie fixă și mobilă;
- taxa pentru membru al Liniei de asistență internațională pentru copii;
- achitarea pentru hosting + domeniu;
- elaborarea materialelor promoționale;
- servicii bancare lunare.
