Please note that the following information MUST be submitted to UNHCR:

- A duly filled out Price Offer Form (Annex A)
- A duly filled out Vendor Registration Form (Annex D), stamped and signed
- Acknowledgement of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct (Annex B) and the General Terms and Conditions of Contracts (Annex C)
- Pictures and/or description of the offered product
- A description of the logo placement process (if available)
When submitting your offer, please note the following:

• Prices shall be stated without VAT
• In Column B of the price sheet, you should put the unit price of the backpacks without any logos
• In Column C, you may put the unit price, including the requested logos (if possible)
• In Column D, please put a short description of the offered product and add a picture if available)
• In Column F, please indicate the number of items currently available on stock
• In Column G, please indicate the number of days you need to put the logos on the available backpacks (if possible)

Payment shall take place following a successful delivery and installation of the items.
