Question:
Buna ziua, va rugam sa concretizati care este modalitatea de achitare a garantiei de buna executie. 1. aceasta va fi achitata integral(2%) la semnarea contractului 2. sau poate fi achitata prin retineri lunare la fiecare facturare. Multumesc.

Buna ziua, pentru contractul adjudecat, operatorul cîștigător va plăti garanția de bună execuție prin rețineri succesive din plata fiecărei facturi.
