Buna ziua! Vă mulțumim pentru întrebarea! Urmare Programului de dezvoltare strategică al IP SNMFR pentru anii 2021-2023, Caietul de sarcini a fost elaborat luând în considerație necesitățile IP „SNMFR” de modernizare al softului de radiomonitoring și dirijare a echipamentelor Sistemului Național de Monitorizare al Spectrului de Frecvențe Radio, inclusiv nivelul actual și trendul de dezvoltare a tehnologiilor de monitorizare al spectrului de frecvente radio la nivel internațional și tehnologiilor de comunicații electronice avansate. Bugetarea modernizării softului a fost efectuată în baza analizei pieței existente în domeniul monitorizării spectrului de frecvențe radio, unde au fost analizate mai multe softuri cum ar fi: LS Observer (LS Telcom, Germania), ICS Monitoring (ATDI Franța), SIMon International System (COMBIT Ltd., Hungary), SKUDRA (VASES, Letonia), ARGUS (Rohde&Schwarz, Germania) și urmare posibilităților financiare ale IP SNMFR pentru fiecare an calendaristic. Astfel, numărul de licențe planificat pentru achiziție în anul curent este condiționat doar de posibilitățile financiare ale instituției și nici într-un fel nu este legat de un oarecare vendor.

1. Please provide the list of equipment (producer, model, version) that must be supported by the monitoring software to be implemented. 2. What is the version number of the ARGUS software that is currently in operation? 3. In order to allow the clients to access the server remotely (where the monitoring software is installed), is it mandatory to offer a native web interface or is an access via remote desktop (or Citrix Workspace application) also sufficient? Considering the requirement for the monitoring software to allow flawless recording of all measurement results in a database on the local computer on which the monitoring software is running, as well as being automatically or manually transmitted to a dedicated server, we assume that a native web interface is not necessary. In conformity with first bullet of the item 5.1, the requested list of equipment will be send on indicated email: rivanenko1980@gmail.com 2. Currently in use there are the following versions of ARGUS: 5.2.1; 5.2.2; 5.3.0; 5.4.1 and 5.4.2. 3. Please consider the second bullet from the item 5.2 of the Technical requirements - the server must have a web interface (can be accessed through a web browser) without the need to install any additional applications on the client computers.
