Buna ziua, va rugam sa publicati rechizitele bancare
in vederea perfectarii garantiei prin transfer la contul autoritatii contractante,
multumim anticipat.

Buna ziua.
La punctul 17 din anuntul de participare scrie ca garantia pentru oferta trebuie sa fie emisa de catre o banca comerciala unde va deserviti dumneavoastra si sa fie in valoare de 1 % din suma fara TVA. De aceea nu este nevoie pentru a face transfer catre autoritatea contractanta. Conform HG nr.638 din 26.08.2020, art 126 pct.1 una din forme de garantie pentru oferta este scrisoare de garantie bancara.
