одна из них SRL Lismedfarm Вы в лоте просите fara supapa и с supapa есть только с supapa, значить SRL Lismedfarm не сможет выйти с предложением. Снимается конкуренция и второй может ставить любую цену к бюджету + 30%. Принцип тендерной закупки нарушается
