Buna ziua, in cazul in care insistati sa fie modificat codul CPV atunci procedura va fi anulata si initiata alta procedura cu un cod CPV care ar ingloba toate loturile supuse achizitiei. Loturile care nu se inglobează ar putea fi excluse și achiziționate direct, incadrindu-se in limitele admise de lege. Noi am dori sa depuneti oferta pentru loturile care le puteti oferta, fara a anula procedura. Multumesc
