Conform specificatie tehnice, este solicitat Gama dinamica min 350 dB. Consideram un parametru exagerat/eronat , avind in vedere cerintele solicitate in ansamblu. Astfel cerinta este formulata sub forma restrictiva, cu aspect interpretativ, deoarece gama dinamica a echipamentului este un diapazon reglabil in trepte, fie de utilizator s-au echipament. Parametru dat poate avea valori negative cit si pozitive. Din acest motiv pentru a exclude evaluarea interpretativa , solicitam modificarea parametrului prin indicarea diapazonului reglabil in trepte de la -175dB pina la +175 dB

Valoarea de 350 db va rămâne ca valoare minimă. Ca necesitate primară a acestei valori este controlul nuanțelor de gri la adâncimi mari de scanare și pacienți cu complicații pentru scanare (cu grad sporit de obezitate). Cu cit valoarea pentru db este mai mare cu atât avem un control mai bun a nuanțelor gri iar în final un control și un rezultat cât mai clar pentru diagnostic. Deoarece este solicitat ca adâncimea de scanare să fie nu mai mică de 50 cm, valoarea minimă de 350 db este necesară. Totodată vrem să atragem atenția că decibelii nu au valori negative.
