Buna ziua,
Punctul 9 nu poate fi respectat la toate biletele, majoritatea companiilor lowcost nu permit anularea nici in aceeasi zi a emiterii, sunt companii care au limita de exemplu fly one permite anularea doar timp de 3 ore.
Va rog sa modificati acest punct.

Buna ziua,
Va rog sa specificati ce tip de document se cere la punctul 13, achitarile catre GDS nu se fac pe bilet deci nu poate fi prezentata copia facturii/ aceasta se emite pe perioada si include toate biletele emise de companie.
