Livrarea se va efectua de către Vânzător, la sediile subdiviziunilor subordonate IGP ( IGP, DP Chișinău, BPDS Fulger, INI, INSP) conform anexei, în decurs de 5 zile din data solicitării Cumpărătorului pe partide (o partidă - 3750 pachete), asumându-și toate riscurile și toate cheltuielile care intervin în procesul transportării Bunurilor.
