Buna ziua.Conform HG 212/2018 (Regulament EEE) autoritățile contractante, care vor iniția proceduri de achiziții publice pentru procurarea de produse de echipamente electrice și electronice (EEE) urmează să solicite de la operatorii economici, interesați să depună oferte, numărul de înregistrare din „Lista producătorilor” drept dovadă a conformării reglementărilor. Reesind din premiza ca in cadrul licitatiei se solicita echipamente vizate de acest Regulament, rugam sa ne confirmati obligativitatea detinerii Certificatului cu nr. de Inregistrare in Lista Producatorilor EEE pentru ofertanti. Va multumim anticipat pentru raspuns

La etapa depunerii ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă nu impune obligativitatea de a deţine un astfel de număr pentru ofertanţi.
