Buna ziua. Tehnologia fara pini este disponibila la citiva producatori , si se utilizeaza pe sistemele premium, care nu se includ in bugetul rspectiv. Va rugam sa modificati bugetul sau sa excludeti aceasta cerinta.

Cerințele tehnice nu vor fi modificate având în vedere că sunt mulți producători care dispun de o astfel de tehnologie. Cu privire la modificarea bugetului în adresa beneficiarului a fost expediată solicitarea.

Procedură de achiziție publică a fost inițiată în conformitate cu Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice. Astfel, în temeiul art. 71 alin. 1 lit. autoritatea contractantă anulează procedura de achiziție publică ( lotul) în cazul în care au fost depuse numai oferte necorespunzătoare și inacceptabile cum ar fi depășesc valoarea fondurilor alocate sau depășesc mai mult cu 30% valoarea estimată.
