Bună Ziua, Cantitatea indicată de CAPCS pentru lotul 1 și 2 este exact aceeași cantitate ca și în licitația pentru Articole parafarmaceutice pentru anul 2022 care a avut loc la data de 13/09/2021. A rămas doar jumătate de an până la sfârșitul anului 2022. Vă rugăm să indicați cantitățile reale care vor fi procurate, astfel ca distribuitorii să nu rămână cu marfa în stoc. Vă mulțumesc pentru înțelegere.

Cantitatea indicată pentru lotul 1 și 2, constituie: - cantitatea necesară; - cantitatea pentru suplinirea stocului instituției; - cantitatea pentru aprovizionarea instituției după închiderea anului bugetar; Totodată, s-a luat în calcul starea de urgență și război.

Stimati specialisti de la CAPCS, poate incepeti sa monitorizati ultimile preturi oferite la negocieri, chiar credeti ca pe piata mai sunt sisteme de 2 lei? poate doar fara manson.... mai verificati inflata, preturile de transport etc...

Pentru stabilirea valorii estimate s-au luat in calcul prețurile medii de la ultimele proceduri și rata inflației.

LA fel va rugam sa modificati cantitatiele la sisteme de perfuzie. Majiritatea institutiilor deja si-au suplinit cantitatile necesare prin achizitii de valoare mica, iar noi, operatorii economici vom fi in situatia, ca raminem cu ele in stoc. mai ales ca trebuie sa inchidem sume colosale pentru garantii.
