Buna ziua,solicitam modificarea cantitatii din flacoane in mililitri.Nu toti producatorii au anume ambalaj de 5 ml.Indicarea unui ambalaj anumit limiteaza accesul la mai multi operatori economici la procedura,ceia ce favorizeaza un anumit operator economic.Multumim.
