Un operator economic poate depune oferta și pentru un singur lot, două, trei și/sau pentru toate. Nu există nici o limitare pentru cîte loturi, operatorul economic poade depune oferta, de aceia a fost bifat „Pentru toate loturile V”.

Pct. 10 din Anunțul de participare scrie așa:
„10. În cazul în care contractul este împărțit pe loturi un operator economic poate depune oferta (se va selecta):
1) Pentru un singur lot;
2) Pentru mai multe loturi;
3) Pentru toate loturile; V
4) Alte limitări privind numărul de loturi care pot fi atribuite aceluiași ofertant nu se aplică.”
Citiți Vă rog atent: „Operatorul economic poate depune oferta pentru toate loturile”. Noțiune de poate semnifică că, operatorul economic este în drept, dar nu un impediment, respectiv poate depune oferta și pentru un singur lot.
