Corespunde tuturor cerințelor de calificare și tehnice minime obligatorii solicitate, la prețul cel mai scăzut fără TVA. Ofertantul MITRA-GRUP SRL: pentru lotul 6 „Produse din hârtie” depășește (până la 30%) valoarea fondurilor alocate estimate pentru lotul respectiv, dar în conformitate cu art.71 (1) lit d) din Legea cu privire la achizițiile publice nr.131 din 03.07.2015 membrii grupului de lucru poate accepta oferta operatorului economic pentru lotul menționat, cu condiția că oferta prezentată pentru lotul respectiv nu depășește 30% valoarea estimată a achiziției per lot, iar autoritatea contractantă asigură pentru îndeplinirea și executarea clauzelor contractuale, alocarea mijloacelor financiare suplimentare.
