În temeiul art. 69 alin. (6) lit. b) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achiziţiile publice, oferta operatorului economic, CVR-ELECTRO, nu a fost acceptată având în vedere că garanţia pentru ofertă s-a prezentat în cuantum mai mic decât cel solicitat în documentaţia de atribuire. S-a solicitat 2% s-a prezentat 1,59%, nefiind respectate prevederile art. 40 alin. (1) din din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achiziţiile publice şi pct. 56 din Documentația standard aprobată prin Ordinul MF nr. 69 din 05.07.2021
