Consultind specialistii achizitii publice ni s-a explicat ca este necesar de publicat doar anuntul de participare ,caiet de sarcini, DUAE

Se încalcă execuția tehnologică a așternerii stratului din beton asfaltic, adeziunea înte stratul din piatră spartă și beton asfaltic nu va corespunde cerințelor normative de executie CPD.02.02-2013 (de exemplu amorsarea între stratul de bază si asfalt se face și la trotuare) și totodată impuneți ofertanții să încalce Legea calității nr.721. În acest context termenul de garanție prevăzut in Anunțul de participare p.18 (nu mai puțin de 60 luni calendaristice) nu corespunde cerințelor tenologice a caietului de sarcini.
