Reason: Ofertele depuse de către Operatorii Economici ”MED-M” SRL și ”M-INTER-FARMA” SRL, sunt incomplete, și anume: 1. ”MED-M” SRL – nu a prezentat Certificat privind lipsa sau existența restanțelor față de bugetul național; 2. ”M-INTER-FARMA” SRL– nu a prezentat Extras din Registrul de stat al dispozitivelor medicale (în dependență de tipul dispozitivului) sau Declarația cu privire la înregistrarea în Registru de Stat al Dispozitivelor Medicale, dacă acestea nu au fost înregistrate în Registrul de Stat al Dispozitivelor Medicale a Agenției Medicamentului si Dispozitivelor Medicale. Din considerentul că ambele oferte sunt incomplete, Grupul de Lucru a decis că oferta OE ” M-INTER-FARMA” SRL, se respinge deoarece a prezentat oferta incompletă și nu corespunde criteriului prețul cel mai mic per lot, iar oferta OE ”MED-M” SRL”, corespunde criteriului prețul cel mai mic per lot, iar la data de 11.04.2022 a prezentat documentul lipsă. Astfel, oferta depusă de către OE ”MED-M” SRL”, se consideră conformă cerinţelor oferta depusă, deoarece corespunde criteriului de atribuire aplicat: prețul cel mai scăzut per lot, corespunde tuturor termenilor, condiţiilor, specificaţiilor din documentele de atribuire, neavând abateri esenţiale.
